Terms of Service

 

1. Services

  • All services provided are tailored to the individual client and are non-transferable once purchased.

  • Materials, templates, or information shared during styling sessions are for the client’s personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or posted publicly.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm your session.

  • The remaining balance is payable no later than 24 hours before the session.

  • Bookings are transferable with at least 24 hours' notice. Only one transfer per booking is permitted.

  • Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may result in a reduced session time or rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before the session begins.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, TWINT or credit/debit card.

  • Payment plans (if applicable) must be prearranged. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.

  • Refunds are not available for completed services, as styling is a bespoke and personalised experience.

5. Boundaries and Times of Operation

  • The stylist is available during Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Contact outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible.

  • Client queries should be directed to thetogetheredit.ch@gmail.com. Calls are by appointment only.

  • Outfits and styling selections discussed during the session will not be reviewed or revised outside of scheduled appointment times unless prearranged.

6. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during the session will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide accurate and honest information during assessments and consultations.

  • The stylist is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Travel

  • Travel within Canton Zug & Zurich is included. Additional travel may incur charges.

9. Photography

  • Wardrobe or outfit photography will only be shared with permission.
